📦 Mahriza Return & Exchange Policy
 ✅ 3-Day No Questions Asked Return

You may return any item within 3 days of delivery no questions asked — as long as the return conditions are met.
 📌 Return & Exchange Conditions

 1. If Returning on the 2nd Day with Tags Intact

If you return the item on the 2nd day and the original tags are still attached:

  You must bear the Leopards Courier return shipping fee.
  A refund will be issued via bank transfer only (no cash refunds).

 2. If You Received a Wrong or Damaged Item

* If Mahriza delivered a wrong or defective product:

  * They will arrange pick-up at no cost to you.
  * You will receive a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

 3. *If You Request an Exchange (Not Mahriza's Error)*

* If the item was delivered correctly, but you want to *exchange it for personal reasons* (e.g. different size, color, or style):

  * Refunds are not provided in this case.
  * Exchanges may be offered, subject to stock availability.

💳 Refund Method

* All refunds are processed via bank transfer only.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds.

* Mahriza offers an Open Parcel Before Payment facility.
* You can check your order at the time of delivery before making the payment.

 🚫 Return/Refund Not Accepted If:

* The product tags are removed.
* The return request is made *after 3 days*.
* The item is returned due to *personal reasons* and there is *no fault* in the product.
