Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please note the following conditions for order cancellation:

1. Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel your order, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

2. Cancellation Timeline: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is in process or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Cancellation Request: Only cancellation requests will be entertained. Please ensure that your request is submitted as soon as possible for processing.

4. Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been successfully cancelled.
